Description: Reputed to be The clan's ultimate technique, it involves disguising an innumerable amount of small sheets of paper as a large body of water Like the lake of Amegakure. When the target is in position, User will cause the "lake" to split in half, resulting in the rapid creation of a huge abyss beneath the target. Due to the sudden lack of any available foothold, the target inevitably descends ever-deeper into the depths of the chasm. In order to enhance the attack's lethality and limit potential forms of retaliation, User mixes in six hundred billion of prepared explosive tags with their normal paper, which is enough to last ten minutes of non-stop explosions; Made specifically to counter Kamui's 5 minute Intagibility. These explosive tags can also be directed towards the target as they fall.

Must have an Explosive tag, and 2000 words to prepare a lake of about 400 square Kilometers. (150 Square miles the lower end of an average lake size)

Cooldown: once per thread to Prepare, and Once a thread to activate, cannot be done in the same thread

This is more of a once per every five topics kinda jutsu and should require a set up of 2,000 words. Explosive tags do 15 damage so just state 15 per tag.

While I agree with this being one per topic...this is...immense. Bump this up to S-Rank. I know this is classified as A-Rank on the wiki but jesus man. I also agree with the 2,000 word preparation of this. Also give us a set range of this. Boost that chakra up to 200. State the user must own at least one Explosive Tag to even do this. Also, just to be clear, you need a body of water to this technique and it doesn't exactly open up instantly either.
