Description: Paper release is a justu that is with you when you are born people with the shikigami clan were born of paper so they use it from their body and generate more they could make clones, shurikens, and even make bombs but their trump card is their bodies. Since they based their justus off of paper they created a justu that turns them into paper. It also gives them a damage reduction by 2 towards blunt attacks being made of paper. It is their ultimate move against outside attackers but that doesn't mean they are invicable their bodies take 15+ more damage against fire based attacks since they are made of mostly paper. But in order for them to use their clan justus they must be in their paper form

Just so you know the simple adding of chakra to a sheet a paper to make it sharper (Paper Shuriken) is something anyone can do and is already apped on the site (you can still add it to the clan jutsu list as a freebie though if ya want). Also, can you please improve the description. Make it a bit more detailed.

Unless there is a drawback or chakra cost to transforming into paper on the fly (which still needs a cooldown) you can't have that as a passive. Also, just in-case you don't know...Konan wasn't made a paper. She used paper with her ninjutsu, being so advanced she can turn into it (similar as to how Gaara can transform into sand or Itachi into crows).

Please note that they must be in paper form to use their clan jutsu that involves them in that form. Also remember that in paper form you can't suddenly turn into a million sheets to avoid a attack or fly unless you make that a jutsu.
