Description: The user creates a few strings in nearby trees and buildings which he manipulates to move towards the enemy. If the enemy is caught, a black seal will appear beneath them. This jutsu will deal no damage, but instead absorb and seal 20 chakra from their pool and bind them for a single post. This has a 10 meter range from the user and is quite slow to perform or easy to evade. If the enemy has 10 or more speed, they can insta evade this jutsu, which is why it's recommended to use for sneak attacks.
