Description: Small black circle seal that has to be placed behind the ear.Allows the user to place a seal upon a target granting telepathy to the seal holder. The fuinjutsu user is the only one who can link up telepathy seals, adding a layer to the formula that allows one to talk to a selected person, providing they also have a mirroring seal placed upon them that can accept the link. For individuals to establish a link they must all be present at the time of sealing. (IE. Ninja A and B have a seal, but Ninja A wants to also speak to ninja C. Ninja A and C visit Fuin user and have link made. Now A can speak to B and C, but B and C can only talk to A.)
Telepathy is done by flowing chakra to the seal, this costs 5 Chakra per post to use. The owner of the seal can disable theirs at any time with a simple flow of chakra.
