Description: Chakra is kneaded within the body and then changed into special chemical substances which is then ejected through the mouth. When this substance comes in contact with the air outside the body, it instantly changes and is transformed into a mist of deadly poison. The poison's ability to kill is tremendous,  As this technique combines ninjutsu, chemistry, and medical knowledge, using it requires fine chakra control and advanced ability in medical ninjutsu.

After being exhaled, the mist spreads in a cone in front of the user until it forms a 10m radius field, it spreads at the speed of this jutsu. If inhaled the poison will do 5 damage a post, if the victim does not have health stat higher than power of the poison. User is immune to their own poison and moves at a speed of 6 

User may optionally exhale a different type of poison if they know how to make it. In such case it would replace the effect of the mist with the poison's, but due to the mist's concentration limits, it could not have potency higher than the power of this technique.

Increase specialty requirements to include Ninjutsu as well as you stated it needed a combination including that in your description. It also can not kill right away due to the site's health system. Get rid of its ability to instantly kill, please. You can have a maintain system of sorts for how much damage it does over time.
