Description: This jutsu creates a squall of wind, the size shape and intensity of the squall depends on the user. If used by a user of a high enough level, this technique can knock down large trees. This technique can be expelled from either the mouth or created from the air around the user. This jutsu was originally created to blow away everything in front of the user, though if they are able to do so depends on their overall power.

The speed in which this jutsu depends on the user, but it's overall speed falls in between 30 meters per second and 50 meters per second. The diameter of this jutsu can be as small as 5 feet in diameter up to over 20 feet in diameter. The diameter of this jutsu also depends on the user. The weaker the user, the less speed and diameter this jutsu will have. The stronger the opposite is true.
