Description: Upon doing the Bird Hand Seal, wind begins to circle around the user. It wraps around them until they are essentially covered in a cloak of violent winds (can be seen here). The cloak is so intense that the basic characteristics of the user are no longer viewable, rather, only the silhouette is seen. This armour of sorts repels any projectiles such as kunai and shuriken. Raiton up to S-Rank is uneffective (due to its elemental weakness being Fūton), Katon up to B-Rank is uneffective, and any other jutsu aside from those elements are uneffective up to A-Rank. Physically touching the armour rends the flesh of the opponent and throws them back, making the physical strikes of the user much more devastating while making the physical strikes of the opponent almost useless. While a very strong jutsu, it has its flaws. Piercing jutsu up to B-Rank (aside from Raiton) can break through the wind currents and hurt the user, for instance.
