Village locations/current events topics?

I was thinking we can have a general village description/current events topic for each location in order to describe it for those RPing within it in a way that not only allows them to accurately portray the location but also does it in a way that ties in with what has happened in that location that is major enough to be noted.

So basically your saying you want to create like a documented events for each village so that what has happened can be found?
