Revoking. Clans can't have 2 distinguishable kekkei genkai. You may argue the Uchiha did, what with Blaze Release and Susano'o. However, Blaze Release was merely the advanced manipulation of Amateratsu, while Susano'o was one of the jutsu granted by the EMS.

Perhaps...what if you made it as special Medical Ninjutsu only the clan knows? Special properties, if you will, that only they know how to make.

Naraku, its two different kekkei genkai. An advanced ELEMENT at that. I'm not allowing this. A clan cannot have a full-on dojutsu and advanced element. If it were two branches and you had to choose one, sure, but both? No. If we start allowing clans two have two stronger Kekkei Genkai, what's stopping people from apping a clan that does both a magma release and a gale release? Or a steam release and hydrification? I know those are limited, those are jutsu examples.
