Description: Converting the Chakra from an absorbed Technique, Judgement allows for the user to turn the raw Chakra back upon their opponent in the form of blue flames, which would travel 15 meters. If hit, the Jutsu would knock the opponent back an additional 2 meters, even knocking down the average person. These flames do not burn and will travel at -2 points lower than the user's speed. If instead of this technique the user chooses to recreate the original Technique, the user would have to wait through the KKG cool down before using this technique.
