So how are you doing [Private/Yuudai]

Yuudai would feel a strong hand push him aside, making him nearly fall over, though, after some stumbling, he would get right back up again. He was no longer feeling happy about this race. In fact, he was extremely annoyed. If he had any iota of guilt about using this ability for a race now, it would all be gone, as he no longer wished to hold anything back. He was going to win, he was going to drink that tea, and he is going to do it in such a way that he would be nearly gloating about it over Munakata losing the race on the way back. It was time for this Kage to know what last place seemed like, and like that, Yuudai would, with haste, sprint across the roof tops, jumping at less high, though longer lengths, where he could have a smoother landing, and forcing his legs to pump faster than before, allowing him to quickly make his way to the Kage building as well, where he concentrated his Chakra to his feet enough near-automatically, jumping off the final rooftop, adjusting his feet so they pointed towards the wall of the building, and finally landing on the building itself. At this point he was already converting the remainder of his Chakra into Raiton elemental Chakra focused into his hand, his determined blue eyes focused on the broken window above. The sounds of birds chirping and electricity discharging meant he was ready and, just like that, he was off, using the power of his Chidori to more quickly make him advance.. Higher and higher and higher he went, quickly catching up to Munkata, the tunnel-like vision only facing upwards into the high blue abyss, though Yuudai knew that now would be the time to end the Jutsu, and so he did, where the momentum continued to shoot him upwards until he reached the broken window he originally jumped out of.

Extending the claws outwards to where they would dig into the top portion of the wall, Yuudai would forcefully propel himself forwards and into the office, breaking off the small portion of the wall and causing himself to crash into the desk of the office itself, where, after he finished tumbling and rolling, he would lay on the floor in exhaustion and fatigue, trying to regain his breath lost from that sudden adrenaline rush. Breathing heavily, Yuudai would say in between breaths "You... cheated... first... bastard.." He would say with a smirk on his face as his continued looking up at the ceiling, satisfied with the win.

He was close. So...so...so close! He see it! Neigh! SMELL the office air coming from the broken windows. He was going to win! He was going to win! He.....was hearing birds chirping. Yet there was not a single avian was in the clear blue sky. Looking about, he couldn't find the source of the rather loud noise.....until a certain ANBU zipped past him with a chidori in his hands. "No..." Munakata looked in awe and horror as the Captain's chidori ran out before entering the window. "No....no..no.no..no!" He wouldn't stop saying aloud. After all of that...he lost. After a few seconds he too entered the window, finding Yuudai sprawled out on the ground from exhaustion. He listened to his words, a less than friendly grin on his face. "Bah...that sun was in my eye and I was trying to rub it. You were in the way." The Kazekage teased as he sat on the floor, panting heavily. That was...a experience to say the least. An enjoyable one, even if he did lose.

"I...expected no less from an ANBU Captain." Munakata spoke, his voice no longer friendly but serious, demanding attention. "It is an honor to have someone such as yourself within our forces. We need more skilled warriors within this village, along with more loyal ones within nation as well." It was true, most of those who were skilled that lived in the desert were brigands and outlaws. Undesirables. "Perhaps one day....." Munakata trailed off, deep thought appearing on his face. Slowly, he let out a sigh and closed his eyes. "Never mind. You did well Captain Suzuki. I expect great things out of you. Great things indeed."

Yuudai's breathing would be reduced as his face returned to a straight face. He no longer had any sort of deep jealousy over the fact that Munakata was made leader of the village over him. In fact, he grew to rather like the Kazekage, perhaps due to the overall light personality the man had, which, even though his general mood contradicts Yuudai's own, still rubbed off on the ANBU Captain, making him more laid back than usual during the exercise. He listened as the Kage teased him with an excuse for losing before going on to praise his skills and what an honor it is to have someone like him in their forces. 'If it is such an honor, then why must I have to bury half of my clan in order to come out on top...' He thought to himself, revealing to even himself that he felt some guilt for having to put down members of his own family just so he himself wouldn't be eliminated. As soon as the guilt washed over, however, it left. That was it.

Getting up on his feet was a small struggle, though one he pushed through. With that, the fatigued male would begin to walk out of the office, stopping at the door, his head turned so he can look back at the Kazekage. "After the Summit, I was thinking we could grab a bite to eat, or something." He nonchalantly said before leaving the room, and also leaving the Kazekage to ponder the answer.

Munakata's eyes widened at the offer, having not thought that the man was into such festivities. And with that, the ANBU Captain left, leaving Munakata alone in his office with two broken windows. Silence filled the room, aside from the sounds of the outside world that ventured into the room via the windows. He sat there for a few moments, silent, pondering about what the man. He definitely had found new feelings for him, that's for sure, and now Yuudai was offering him food after the Summit. A date essentially. Though deep in thought, the giant man slowly smiled as a chuckle escaped his lips. "Sure.." he said to no one in particular, "I'd love too."
