Description: As Hokage, Naraku has made it that allies come here to be over viewed by the Kage of the allied nations, small and large, together they select the advancing students and hand pick the Ninja to become Chunin.

It has with in it:
- Written Examination Stage
- Forest of Lost Dreams
- Elimination Stage
- Final Tournament Arena

Appearance: A section of the village is cut into 4 different locations, one a building for taking a written exam, another for determining if a ninja should remain a part of the tournament, the next is the Elimination section to thin the ninja, and finally the tournament where the Kage select the future Chunin
