Description: The user gathers chakra in his finger tips, then if preformed successfully, the user slams their hand against an opponent creating a seal pattern the appears as the Yin-Yang Symbol. The jutsu seals away access to Chakra to an extent that is measured by the amount of extra chakra the user puts forth.

Damage: No Physical Damage/Even Negates the physical impact of the users hand

Chakra: 15 To Create, 15 For every post active, User can choose the amount of chakra to put forth in the seal
