The crow swooped in the window landing on the desk, the letter tied neatly on his leg. The sender was Konohagakure, the letter would read:

Dear Otokage,
I too would enjoy a diplomatic meeting as well, I apologize for being inconvenient for you but I am currently overcome in my duties as the 2nd Hokage. I request that we change locations to Konohagakure, below I have attached our coordinates. Here the village will treat you with diplomatic immunity to a certain level, please join me and we can discuss the idea of an Alliance. We look forward to your visit
