The Raging Sands

Organization Name: The Raging Sands
Founder: Munakata Koshimaru

Objective: To police and protect the village of Sunagakure and the land owned by it as well as helping in reaching the village's interest

Requirements: Have Bukijutsu | Must be C-Rank

History: Having came into power some years ago, Munakata began to see more strife around and in Sunagakure. Shinobi, he thought, were warriors of the shadow, killers within the night. That being said, he saw it unfit to keep sending out shinobi to deal with disputes such as  a gang threatening a shop owner and such. Not to mention, he feared in the case of an invasion. The enemy would know what to expect from shinobi. Thus, using his ambition to guide him, Munakata would establish the Raging Sands, Sunagakure's army.
