The user also gets a 7th Path:

The owner can collect 6 In-Character Dead bodies and create a "path" using the body, the Rinnegan allows the user and their paths to share eyesight. Only 1 path to a body, the user can still use all 6 paths. When using the paths from the host of Rinnegan the paths can only be used one at a time and not simultaneously, Paths however can perform at the same time.

The Otsutsuki Clan can be born with the power.

Activating for Senju/Uchiha Mix: Requires minimum Mangekyo Sharingan, plus training of 3,000 words to awaken inner power (Mixed Blood)

Only Otsutsuki and Uchiha can deactivate and activate, others that obtain such as taking it must cover it like Kakashi does his sharingan. If not the Rinnegan will constantly draw 10 chakra every post.
