Description: Members of the Hoshigaki clan are unqiue in that they have rather...inhuman characteristics. Members tend to have characteristics akin to fish or somesort of specific species of fish. This includes an abnormal skin color, sharp teeth, and small fins that aren't really usable. All members have webbed hands and feet and have partially formed gills. They are also unnaturally durable and have a natural affanity to Water Release, thus, they begin with 20 more points in Health and all water jutsu do 10 more damage added on to the already established damage, while members lack 35 points in chakra. Due to their webbed appendages and gills, they are naturally much faster than the normal human that is swimming and can last much longer underwater before drowning. Any other characteristcs vary from member to member.
