Appearance: Like the base version of Sharingan it has the Crimson iris, along with this the tomoe are replace by a design that is unique to eacg individual, exception being transplanting someone else's eye.
Description:

The Mangekyo sharingan is activated by experiencing a tragic death of someone close to the user, This can be achieved in a solo post of 5,000 words. (Kage may start with the Mangekyo if a reason is present in the character app)

The Mangekyo has a health pool of it's own, it goes to 100 and no more. All jutsu and abilities that are done depleat the users vision, leading to the users eventual blindness. The ranks effect on eyes:

S-Rank: 30
A-Rank: 25
B-Rank: 20
C-Rank: 15
D-Rank: 10
E-Rank: 5

The user can avoid going blind by implanting the Mangekyo of a Uchiha member of the same blood type, this allows the user to obtain Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.
