Appearance: Striking blue eyes with lightning in the irises, light skin, wind blown hair. Occasionally the outline of the person gets misty
Description: The kumonikutai is a biologic change in body composition following the creation of Cloud Release, a mix of wind and water. The chakra network is pushed into a cellular level, utilizing the body's fluids in an effort to turn the body into suspended water held together with chakra. Once activated, the body disperses starting from the head. In this form, the user is able to either partly or fully disperse himself into the air (depending on skill level), and more effectively use the Cloud Release for cloud based techniques. It can also be used for travel, however there is in inherent danger over being in such a form for too long. A painful death can occur if kept in dispersed form for an extended length of time, and certainly for long distances.

In this form, the user is impervious to physical damage, and can use the form to avoid being struck by kicks, punches, or thrown weapons. But it does make them much more susceptible to fire.

The members of the Tekiatsu clan has about a 70% chance to inherit the ability, and most young members of the clan can access the ability. That said, only those who prove to have higher chakra control is allowed to use the clan ability, due to the dangers behind it. Many of the abilities used by this bloodline are not intially available from birth, and like all abilites, must be trained and practiced to be able to use effectively. Due to this state of constant training, the Kumonikutai has different levels of masteries as the shinobi grows.


Chakra Cost: It take 10 chakra to go into the form, and then an additional 5 to stay in it. Mastery level determines how long the form can be held before pain and/or death.
