Appearance:
Takashi has traditional Hozuki appearance especially in his nose and long, spiky white hair that he usually keeps back, with two shoulder-length bangs framing his face. He has traditional purple eyes for his clan and sherp teeth  like other members. His usual attire is a blue tucked in kimono and tan colored matching pants, under which he wears mesh armour that is visible at his wrists and ankles where he also wears plate style armor. He also wears traditional Japanese wooden sandals, and a blue haori. He often carries a large sword on his back, and he wears a forehead protector with the symbol for Kirigakure.

The Person

Background:

Born to the Leader of the Hozuki Clan, elder brother of Ark Hozuki, during the beginning of the time for Ninja he was just a happy boy. But when he turned 6, the year 20 A.N. bringing a time of seemingly endless war. This time would be known as the warring states era, it was during this time that Takashi and his brother Ark fought for the Land of Water. They strove for many years as one of the greatest duos and their father leading the clan right up untill his death in 59 A.N. where he named Ark the leader. After years passed and the villages were established Ark was named Mizukage, after a battle between brothers, Takashi, was banished from the village for refusing to kneel to his brothers blood-lust. Takashi now travels the world depicted as a criminal because of his brother, who until recently Takashi thought was still alive.

Personality:
Takashi is generally light-hearted and gregarious, making jokes at his own expense and giving a mirthful laugh about it afterwards. In his interactions with others, he likes to pretend to be smug or selfish, upsetting them so that he can further rile them up with his humour. Even when entering combat he doesn't miss an opportunity to be flashy and over-the-top, striking kabuki poses and giving dramatic self-introductions; these intros are often interrupted in some way, and is quick to express his annoyance at whoever is responsible. All that he meets are fond of Takashi for his eccentricities, admiring that somebody so seemingly irreverent can in actuality be an extremely competent shinobi.

Takashi was sitting at a small dumpling shop on the outskirts of the Land of Fire, the wind was blowing but the heat was incredible. He would sip from his canteen to keep his moisture level higher, when a katana would come crashing down into his right shoulder. His hydrafication technique letting the blade cut into him so easily appearing as a perfect cut, but to the surprise of his opponent he turned to him. "Well hello. It's a shame you chose this life, I see no joy in this." He would place a perfect punch to the abdomen knocking him unconscious, laying the man on the bench he had once occupied. Handing 10 ryo to the barkeep for a shot of Sake and a meal for the ninja when he awoke, turning he would depart the area. His signature blade on his back, he wished his brother would drop the bounty for him. Sad he felt when family would wish their kin dead and gone, he would continue on his journey when three shuriken completely impaled his chest. The water dripping from him he would sigh, "I can't catch a break." Reaching into his pouch he would pull out a single shuriken and throw it into the forest, the sound of metal would clink as a katana would fall to the ground. The man out of shock revealed his self, dumb founded he would studder. Takashi would just walk on, he had no intention of killing someone for a senseless reason.
