Description: Lately the number of children going missing has gone up, especially around the Academy. The village leaders believe that a serial killer is around, and that the spies claim that it is a Chuunin instructor at the Academy named Hiro Arakama. He doesn't know that he is under suspicion of being this serial killer and the elders would wish to keep it that way in order to ensure he doesn't do anything rash. The objective to to catch him in the act and eliminate this monster before he can harm yet another student.

Hiro is a C Ranked Chuunin Instructor at the Academy. He wields two C-Rank Tanto blades and has five Kunai on him at all times. Here is his picture:
