Description: Creating the seal of Confrontation with both hands. One of the seals are over her heart pointed up, the other is pointed at her foe. Raiden then focuses and boils her chakra turning it into steam, before unleashing it in a blast around her in the form of Steam. By forcing it out of her, she is able to cover an area with the superheated steam in a matter of seconds. This covers an area of approximately 20 meters around Raiden. Each turn it grows thicker reducing the effectiveness of the vision of the people within the mist.

The steam does not rise due to it being condensed with Raiden's chakra. Due to it being her technique, she is not affected by the heat of the steam. Due to being within the chakra laced steam, it is highly difficult to sense her exact location. The Byakugan would not be fooled by the steam. The Sharingan and Rinnegan would only see the mist being her chakra's color(which is pink with green lacing it) due to it being laced with her chakra.

Damage: 10 initially-5 per turn afterwards as long as the person remains within the steam
