Destroy the East Fire Bridge[Indra+Cloud]

The mission request was simple, to destroy a bridge that missing ninja and ninja that never conformed to a village used as a route for supplies. Even in the time of peace, there was still war. The Hokage had special ordered for two shinobi to participate and eliminate this bridge and the group of shinobi that used the route if they so happened to get across their way. Cloud had every intention of making sure that the missing ninja would so happen to be in their way.

At the village gates, he rested quietly against the side of the newly carved posts that was the fortitude of the entrance of Konohagakure. It was not revealed to him who would be his partner for this mission, just that it would be a joint mission between ANBU and a Jounin. Moon and Rai were about on their normal duties as ANBU, Moon was finishing the paperwork and mission assignments left at the ANBU HQ.

Cloud left his large sword behind for this mission, it would be an inconvience for him to have the weapon on such a stealthy mission.

Indra opened his mission scroll, simple destroy the Eastern Bridge if the Land of Fire. This would be okay as long no ninja decided to interfere, so he grabbed his gear and prepared for the mission. Tying his forehead protector and flak jacket which was provided to him by the village, he wondered had he met this "Cloud" before as he made his way to the village gate. Began to wonder how difficult the mission was anticipated to be considering the sending of 2 high ranking ninja.

Arriving at the gate Indra would see there was only 1 man standing here who wasn't the normal guards, walking up he spoke without hesitation "Well, you must be Cloud. You ready for the mission?" Indra would take a look at the physique of the man as he would speak further, "Though unsure I am of your ranking, I have been informed you head the mission. So we leave when your ready." Indra would then stand comfortably as he awaited his 'leader' to begin the operation.

The man, Indra Uchiha, walked up towards him. Cloud recognized him immediately, he had profiled many of the Uchiha and other clans members of Konoha. Not out of distrust, of how to utilize their powers for the Leaf's Village's benefit. "I am Cloud Strife, ANBU Captain of the Leaf Village, better known as the Bloody Flash during the Warring Eras. It is a pleasure to finally meet you, Indra." His specialty was genjutsu, a common and strong trait with Uchiha's. One that the blonde would be wary of as it was not his strongest suit.

Both shinobi began to move outward from the village. It was about a day trip to get to the East Bridge of the Land of Fire. "Lord Second has informed me many of times of how the unconforming ninja and rogue shinobi use this as a common trade route. It leads directly from the sea and will be crawling with rogue ninja. I hope your prepared to deal with them." By deal with them, he meant of course eliminate any shinobi that could not conform with the new world. And the new world was the Five Great Shinobi Nations.

Indra was surprised at how open this man was at being the Anbu Captain, but continued to listen to his talking. "The pleasure is all mine Bloody Flash, I'm ready as soon as you are." Leaving the village Indra would listen to Cloud talk about the mission, "Speaking from a position of tactics, I need to know how you fight. I am a Genjutsu specialist, there for I am good at delaying and making up close fighting easier to finish the job." Indra continued on walking side by side with Cloud. He hoped that the Anbu Captain did not find this question as too personal.

There was a slight nod as the two started off together. Cloud was at a diplomatic point in his career as the ANBU Captain of Konoha, that was why he held no fear or resolve to reveal himself to anyone. It was his duty to reveal himself as the face of the special forces of Konohagakure. Whenever Indra began to speak of his genjutsu strengths and how he wanted to know of Cloud's fighting skills to work better together. "Sharingan users generally do have a knack for genjutsu." His eyes scanned over the flat jacket and Uchiha symbol the man bore.

Cloud held up one of his special kunai with the sharp end pointed straight upward. This was the display of his power. With a quick flick, he threw the kunai about twenty yards ahead of both of them and suddenly, he flashed to where the kunai was and caught it with the same hand he threw it in that instance. "My special ability is teleportation jutsu that allows me to move wherever one of my seals are placed. No matter what is in the way."
