How long would their Chakra would stopped along with how long would they be stunned? What is the range of the circle exactly, as in the Canon the circle was generally a little bigger than Neji. Also a 3 post cool down seems a little small for a B Rank, would you mind bumping it up by 2? After all, you are stopping their Chakra and preventing them from moving, according to your description.
