Description: Making a single Tiger handsign. A ninja can move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds in a single direction. The user is also able to use smoke to mask their movement. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination.

Note: After using the technique, a shinobi is unable to use anymore offensive techniques or attacks for the rest of the post after usage of the tech.

Note it can't be used in combat (unless you're trying to escape)

but aren't there parts in the series where this technique is used in combat... such as when the raikage uses it to dodge amaterasu? Or Shisui being known for his mastery of thiss tech in combat. can't i just put something in saying the user cannot attack directly after using this technique (i.e the post of using this tech).

Have the cooldown increase as the distance does (4 is for 5 meters, for example, 5 is for 6-10, etc)
