Description: A dark purple Rasengan-like orb of chakra surrounded by a series of white rings of chakra that orbit the main sphere. These rings then align into one disc-like shape around the orb, causing the rings to resemble planetary rings. The size of a basic Rasengan with rings swirling around about 2 meters radius, that is able to be thrown at, dropped on, or manipulated through the air. Manipulation requires the user or users clone/counterpart to remain focused on the jutsu to keep it from detonating, however the user can not cause the jutsu to go in reverse or stop in anyway. For every 10 Meters the user condenses the jutsu's explosion it adds 10 damage to initial damage, this requires focus without movement or ability to defend making the user incredibly vunerable. Avoidable with the focus of a clone/counterpart, however this condensing must be done prior to the use of the jutsu.

I also want you to make the condensing about 1 post per 10 meters, since you are adding damage that makes the jutsu exceed 100. If you want something a bit more easy, however, you could take that out and say you condense the rasengan while you still have before unleashing it. In my opinion, it's more practical that way.
