Description: The Deva path is the Manipulation of repulsive and attractive movement, i.e. pushing objects without contact, or pulling them. These gravity manipulating techniques, however, cannot be performed in rapid succession; the amount of time required to recharge after use varies depending on the scale of the technique used, five seconds being the basic minimum.

I'd perfer if you make Chibaku Tensei a S-Rank on its own, with the Rinnegan and the Deva Path being the requirements. For cooldown, add 2 to 1-5 meters. Change 6-10 to 4 and so on. Remmeber it may not do damage but Shinra Tensei and Bansho Ten'in are still quite powerful due to their properties.
