Description: This jutsu enables the user to create a perfect replica of their self. The replicas are completely independent of each other, as neither is considering the original copy, and so destroying one has no effect on the other. While used though the strength of the user is split between each clone, including chakra, health, speed & strength.

Also it should still cost chakra as well, so perhaps they user uses the correct amount of chakra to perform then the remainder after subtracting is divided between them. Your still performing a technique which requires some expulsion of chakra.
